Our commitment to you

MasterForce 360 and MasterForce Leadership Academy built Couples School as a sanctuary for couples and individuals doing intimate, courageous work. The reflections you write, the intentions you set, and the conversations you hold within your couple space are among the most personal words you will ever put into an app — and we treat them that way.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the safeguards we use to protect it. It applies to everyone who creates an account, joins a couple space, or participates in the Couples School program.

Information we collect

Account information

• Your name and email address, collected when you create your account.
• Authentication credentials handled by our secure sign-in system — we never see or store your password in readable form.
• Optional profile details you choose to add, such as your partner pairing status.

Relationship & pairing data

• Your couple code — the six-character invitation code that links two accounts into a shared couple space.
• Pairing status: whether you are paired, awaiting your partner, or exploring solo.
• Shared couple streaks, your current module, and overall progress across the seven life pillars.

Diagnostic & reflection content

• Your Yes/No diagnostic answers across the seven pillars: Home Life, Career, Finances, Fitness and Health, Relationships, Spirituality, and Sexuality.
• Personal intentions you write for each pillar, which remain hidden until both partners complete a pillar or initiate a sharing session.
• Shared couple intentions created together in the Joint Intentions Builder.
• Private journal entries and your shared relationship timeline entries.

Session & ritual activity

• Session records and session summaries you choose to build.
• Breathwork completion timestamps from the Breathe Together ritual (used to unlock session exercises).
• Debrief notes, selected reflections, and the consent records you and your partner create when sharing with a coach.

Access & transaction records

• Your access tier — Free, Individual Pass ($125), or Couple Pass ($250) — and any VIP or complimentary access granted by a facilitator.
• Payment status and receipts, processed by our payment providers. Full payment card details are never stored on our servers.

How we use your information

• To provide the synchronized partner experience — pair you with your partner, mirror progress, and coordinate shared rituals like Breathe Together.
• To manage your access tier and unlock the pillars and features included in your pass.
• To prepare session summaries and debriefs — sent to a coach or facilitator only when you instruct the app to do so.
• To support you: respond to requests, fix problems, and improve the curriculum and experience.
• To protect the platform: prevent abuse, secure accounts, and keep couple spaces safe.

We do not use your relationship reflections, journal entries, or diagnostic answers for advertising, and we never sell personal relationship data. We do not build advertising profiles from anything you write inside Couples School.

Privacy by design & partner confidentiality

Private reflection isolation

The architecture of Couples School keeps each partner's inner work separate by default. Your diagnostic answers and personal intentions are stored under your own account and remain private to you. They only become visible to your partner when both of you finish a pillar or when one of you deliberately triggers the sharing session — and even then, each item is revealed through the card-flip of the Conversation for Two, not dumped into a shared list.

Coach debrief dual-consent controls

Sharing anything with a coach or facilitator is always an explicit, two-sided act. Before a session summary can be shared externally:

• You choose exactly which assessment answers, reflections, and joint intentions to include — item by item — with clear “Visible to coach” or “Private to partners” indicators on every item.
• Both partners must agree through the dual-consent indicator before external sharing is unlocked (solo members consent on their own).
• A read-only debrief link is created with its own secure token and expires automatically after 30 days.
• A facilitator or account administrator can turn coach sharing and debrief links off for an account at any time; when off, you can still review, copy, and print summaries privately.

Solo and preview experiences

If you explore solo, everything works without a partner and nothing is shared. The partner-preview feature is a local testing view on your own device — it never shares your content with another person.

Third-party service providers

We rely on a small set of carefully chosen providers to run Couples School:

• Secure cloud infrastructure and authentication (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase) — hosting the app, database, and encrypted sign-in.
• Payment processors (such as Stripe or Paddle) — handling pass purchases securely on their own certified platforms.
• Your email provider — for account confirmations, password resets, and debrief notifications you request.

These providers process information only on our instructions to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information, do not share your relationship reflections with marketers, and do not permit providers to use your data for their own purposes.

Data security & retention

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to couple-space content is enforced by strict, per-account permission rules — each account can only read what its own permissions allow, and administrative access is limited to authorized facilitators.

We keep your account and reflection content for as long as your account is active so your progress, journal, and couple space carry forward. If you leave, you can request deletion of your account and data, and we will remove it from our production systems. Backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited period before they are fully purged.

Your rights & controls

• Access and update: edit your name, pairing, and profile details at any time from your account menu and onboarding page.
• Unlink: leave or re-form a couple space; your personal reflections remain yours.
• Export: request a copy of your journal and reflections, or use the built-in copy, print, and email-debrief tools for your session summaries.
• Delete: request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
• Withdraw consent: change the per-item inclusion toggles on any session summary before sharing, and revoke external sharing by letting a link expire or asking a facilitator to disable it.
