Acceptance of terms & eligibility

Welcome to Couples School, an intimate relationship mastery program by MasterForce 360 / MasterForce Leadership Academy. By creating an account, joining a couple space, or using any part of the program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in Couples School.
• Each partner creates their own individual account — accounts are personal and may not be shared between people.
• If you create a couple space, you confirm you have your partner's consent to pair and to share within that space.

Educational & coaching disclaimer

The seven-pillar curriculum, diagnostics, and breathing rituals are invitations to reflect and grow together. Outcomes vary from couple to couple, and your participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for the decisions you make in your relationship, and we encourage you to seek licensed professional support alongside this program whenever it would serve you.

Account responsibilities

• Safeguard your login credentials and use a strong, unique password. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Treat your six-character couple invite code as a private key into your shared space — share it only with your partner.
• Keep read-only debrief links for your chosen coach only; anyone holding the link can view the summary until it expires.
• You are accountable for the content you write and share within your couple space, and for sharing only material you have the right to share.
• You may pair, continue solo, or unpair at any time; a partner joining later carries the shared space forward without loss of progress.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or couple space, contact us immediately so we can help secure it.

Pricing, access passes & refunds

• Free account — the Breathe Together ritual, the Home Life pillar (Your Launch Pad), your relationship profile, and pairing, at no cost.
• Individual Pass ($125, one-time) — full personal access to all seven pillars and your personal reflection vault for self-paced individual work.
• Couple Pass ($250, one-time) — full access for both partners to all seven pillars, the Joint Intentions Builder, date-night reflection mode, coach debrief export, and the shared vault.
• VIP / complimentary access may be granted at the discretion of MasterForce 360 or your facilitator.

Access passes are one-time purchases for the account or couple space selected at purchase and do not auto-renew. Facilitators may adjust access tiers and unlock individual pillars on request. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new purchases; your existing access is never reduced mid-program because of a price change.

If a pass is not serving you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith on a refund or a transfer of access to your partner.

User conduct & sacred space guidelines

Couples School works only when the space feels emotionally safe. Within the platform, you agree to:

• Treat your partner and all members with respect, patience, and non-judgment.
• Share reflections honestly but never use the platform to harass, threaten, demean, pressure, or surveil another person.
• Honor consent: card reveals, debrief sharing, and coach dispatch all require deliberate agreement, and you agree not to circumvent those controls.
• Keep others' content — including your partner's shared reflections and any debrief link you receive — confidential outside its intended audience.
• Not attempt to access other couples' spaces, probe the platform's security, or interfere with the service.

Intellectual property

All curriculum, the seven-pillar methodology, diagnostic questions, reflection prompts, session structures, branding, designs, text, and the MasterForce 360 and Couples School logos and names are the exclusive property of MasterForce 360 / MasterForce Leadership Academy and are protected by intellectual-property law.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the program for your own relationship growth. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative teaching products from the curriculum without written permission. Your own journal entries, intentions, and reflections remain yours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep Couples School available, secure, and error-free, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every flaw will be corrected, or that results from using the program will match any particular expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterForce 360 / MasterForce Leadership Academy and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or relationship outcomes arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination & changes to the service

You may stop using Couples School and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, if an account is used to harm others, or for extended inactivity following notice.

The program will evolve — curriculum, features, and pricing may be added or refined. Material changes to these terms will be clearly communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MasterForce Leadership Academy's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us directly — most concerns can be resolved quickly and in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
